What are the delivery costs within Belgium?

Garden furniture, parasols, barbecues, and larger items

• Free delivery from €400.
• For orders under €400, we charge a transport fee of €50.

Small packages and accessories

• Free delivery from €50.
• For orders under €50, we charge a shipping fee of €8.95.

When will my order be delivered?

For garden furniture and other large items, we will contact you personally to arrange a suitable delivery date.

Our own delivery service then ensures a hassle-free home delivery.

Delivery options

• Free delivery within 2-7 working days (after phone appointment)
• Pickup in our showroom possible after confirmation
• Express delivery within 48 hours possible (for an additional fee)

The exact delivery time may depend on stock and the delivery address.

Can I pay on delivery?

Yes. For garden furniture, parasols, barbecues, and other large outdoor items, we offer the option to pay upon delivery.

Our staff will gladly inform you in advance about the available payment options.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, you can.

If the item is in stock, you can often pick up your order the same working day after confirmation from our customer service.

Pickup takes place in our showroom in Haacht.

Do you deliver up to the terrace?

Yes. We standardly deliver up to the terrace at no extra cost.

Conditions:

• Delivery is made on the ground floor.
• There must be a clear passage of at least 90 cm.

Do you have an apartment, an elevated terrace, or are there stairs? Please contact us in advance. Together we will explore the options for a smooth delivery.

Do you also deliver outside Belgium?

Yes. Jarderi delivers throughout Europe.

For international deliveries, we work with specialized transport partners. Shipping costs are always calculated based on the delivery address and the size of the order.
